Job Summary
As a Customer Service Expert you’ll create exceptional first impressions by turning customer calls into confidently booked service appointments. Key tasks include delivering professional customer service on calls, scheduling, confirming and following up on service appointments, maintaining accurate customer records via phone, email, and text, and collaborating with teammates and other departments to resolve issues and meet performance goals. Strong communication, active listening, composure under pressure, empathy, patience, and respect are essential, and familiarity with customer databases and Microsoft Office helps support day-to-day interactions.
