Job Summary
Greet and assist customers at the exit booth, verifying car information and VIN numbers while preparing rental documents accurately. Provide superior service to Emerald Aisle members by offering refueling options and selecting vehicles per program guidelines. Maintain the booth's neat appearance, ensure adequate supply stocking, and resolve customer service issues regarding directions and local information. Perform other assigned duties to ensure service levels meet customer needs while maintaining punctual attendance. Work Monday, Thursday through Sunday from 4:00pm to 12:00am.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 2 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI)
