Job Summary
Greet and assist customers at the Exit Booth, verifying car information and VIN numbers while preparing rental documents accurately. Provide appropriate vehicle selection for Emerald Aisle members, offer refueling options, and resolve customer service issues by directing them to local area information and service details. Maintain the booth's appearance and ensure it remains stocked with necessary supplies, concluding every transaction with a thank you. Work a rotating schedule from 6:00pm to 2:30am on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at Columbus John Glennon International Airport.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
- Must be available for Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts from 6:00pm to 2:30am
- Must be available for Wednesday and Thursday OFF
