Customer Service Executive - Used Car Loans - Ludhiana - Feroze Gandhi Market - CSE

Identify potential customers for used car loans with Supervisor/Manager guidance, collect and validate customer documents per organization norms, and log cases in the system following SOPs for disbursement. Fulfill the sanctioned loan ratio while meeting customer requirements and cross-selling multiple products. Assist the Manager/Supervisor in empaneling new vendors and developing vendor relationships, while ensuring compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations. This role is based in Ludhiana's Feroze Gandhi Market and supports the broader customer service team in the used car loan segment.
