Customer Service Executive - Used Car Loans - Chennai - Centennial Square - CSE*JM*

Identify potential customers for used car loans with Supervisor guidance, collect and validate documents per organization norms, and log cases in the system to follow disbursement processes. Fulfill the sanctioned loan ratio while meeting customer requirements and cross-selling multiple products. Assist in empaneling new vendors and developing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations. This role supports the team in driving loan growth and maintaining regulatory adherence within the Chennai market.
