Acquire new client relationships and maintain them while identifying target areas for prospective business. Pre-screen customer segments, ensure login and disbursement targets are met, and proactively understand customer needs to cross-sell multiple products. Execute sales promotion activities to build interest in the TCFSL brand and develop strong internal and external client relationships. Ensure vendor empanelment, develop distribution channels, and maintain compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations.
