Customer Service Executive - Two Wheeler Loans - Cuttack - NSCB Shopping Arcade - CSE*

Collect customer documents and validate them against organization norms while logging cases in the system per SOP. Identify potential customers for loans with Supervisor guidance and fulfill the sanctioned loan ratio. Cross-sell multiple products to meet customer requirements and assist in empaneling new vendors to develop relationships. Ensure compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations under Manager supervision. This role supports the Supervisor/Manager in loan disbursement with minimum delinquency at the NSCB Shopping Arcade in Cuttack.
