Customer Service Executive - Two Wheeler Loans - Bokaro - D.S. Plaza - CSE*

Collect customer documents, validate them against organization norms, and log cases in the system following SOPs to facilitate loan disbursement. Identify potential business customers with Supervisor guidance, meet customer requirements, and cross-sell multiple products. Fulfill the sanctioned loan ratio while empaneling new vendors and developing vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations under Manager supervision. This role supports the Supervisor/Manager in minimizing loan delinquency while meeting organizational targets.
