Job Summary
Customer Service Executive responsible for personal loan support in West Bengal. Under guidance of Supervisor/Manager, identify customers for potential business, collect and validate documents, log cases in the system, ensure disbursement processes, meet sanction ratios, fulfill customer requirements, cross-sell products, and with Supervisor/Manager, empanel new vendors and develop relationships. Ensure compliance with Audit and RBI regulations.
