Customer Service Executive for Personal Loans based in Hyderabad, India. Responsibilities include identifying customers for potential business, collecting and validating documents, logging cases in the system per SOP, processing disbursement, ensuring sanctions ratio as per organization requirements, meeting customer needs, cross-selling multiple products under supervision, assisting in empanelment of new vendors and building vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with Audit/RBI regulations. Collaborative guidance from Supervisor/Manager is provided to perform these duties.
