Customer Service Executive - Personal Loans - Direct - Lucknow - Halwasiya Complex (7th Floor) - CSE

Identify customers for potential business, collect and validate documents per organization norms, and log cases in the system following SOPs for disbursement. Fulfill the sanctioned ratio and meet customer requirements while cross-selling multiple products under supervisor guidance. Assist in empaneling new vendors and developing relationships, ensuring compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations. This role supports the Personal Loans team in Lucknow at the Halwasiya Complex, focusing on direct customer acquisition and regulatory adherence.
