Customer Service Executive for Personal Loans channel in Jaipur; responsibilities include identifying customers for potential business, collecting documents and validating as per the organization's norms, logging the case in the system per SOP and following the process for disbursement, achieving the sanction ratio as per organization requirements, meeting customer requirements and cross-selling multiple products under guidance, empanelment of new vendors and developing relationships with them, and ensuring compliance to all Audit and RBI regulations.
