Customer Service Executive - Personal Loans - Channel - Chennai - Vellalar Street - CSE

Identify customers for potential business and collect documents while validating them against organizational norms. Log cases in the system per SOP to follow the disbursement process and fulfill the sanctioned ratio. Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under supervisor guidance. Assist in empaneling new vendors and developing vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations. This role supports the Personal Loans channel team in Chennai, focusing on end-to-end customer acquisition and regulatory adherence.
