Job Summary
Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Monitor order status updates, assist with changes, cancellations, and amendments, and address complaints or billing discrepancies. Provide product suggestions based on customer needs and maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions. Liaise with departments on tracking details and gather feedback for service improvement. Support administrative duties for sales, marketing, or outreach efforts. Work Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:30pm with alternate Saturday shifts in Pandan Loop.
