Job Summary
Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone, email, and live chat while maintaining high-level service standards and strong customer relationships. Welcome candidates with a call centre, hotline, general banking, teller, or phone banking background. A degree holder or those who passed five subjects in HKCEE/HKAL/HKDSE are required; experience as a hotline officer is an advantage. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential. Shift duty applies with the working location in Quarry Bay.
