Job Summary
Deliver high-standard concierge services to tenants and visitors across the shopping mall and office building. Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and solution-oriented resolution. Support day-to-day property management operations, including coordination and execution of marketing and promotional activities. Monitor and assist front desk and reception operations to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery. Collaborate with the account’s Event Team and Facilities Management team on operational tasks and event-related logistics. Ensure all activities align with company and client policies, including health, safety, and workplace regulatory requirements. Perform general administrative duties such as processing tenant applications, document filing, procurement, and maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and water services. Ad hoc duties and special projects as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma holder with at least 1 year's customer service experience focusing in frontline customer interaction or hotel/shopping mall concierge experience
- Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
- Good in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Competent in spoken Putonghua
