Collect documents from customers, validate them against organization norms, and log cases in the system following SOPs to process disbursements. Identify potential business customers with supervisor guidance, meet customer requirements, and cross-sell multiple products. Fulfill the sanctioned ratio per organizational requirements while ensuring compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations. Assist in empaneling new vendors and developing vendor relationships under manager supervision.
