Customer Service Executive for Business Loans handling onboarding and servicing activities under supervision. Responsibilities include identifying customers with Supervisor/Manager help, collecting and validating documents per SOP, logging cases in the system, processing disbursement steps, achieving sanction ratios as per organization requirements, meeting customer requirements, cross-selling multiple products under supervision, empaneling new vendors and developing relationships, and ensuring compliance with Audit/RBI regulations.
