Job Summary
Attend to client inquiries promptly in English and Japanese across various communication channels. Process and coordinate customer orders and requests while ensuring satisfaction through professional support. Communicate with internal staff regarding orders and enquiries, and generate new sales leads as needed. Update product item codes and expiry dates in the company system, then compile monthly sales reports. This role supports the sales team at an AWS + VB location in Pandan Loop, requiring a 5.5-day work schedule from Monday to Saturday.
