Job Summary
Customer Service Executive performs duties such as responding to customer inquiries, expediting critical orders, communicating dispositions, researching and resolving issues, and assisting with quote preparation, order tracking, backlog processing, invoicing, returns, and resolution of discrepancies. The role supports the sales team and external customers, identifies opportunities to improve processes and KPIs, maintains positive customer relations, and ensures customer claims are resolved fairly and in accordance with consumer laws. Strong basic computer, email, phone, and communication skills are required; fluency in more than one language may be needed. Fast-paced environment experience and the ability to multi-task are important.
