Customer Service Executive

Provide customer support via live chat while maintaining excellent work etiquette and patience. Coordinate and monitor all customer orders from submission until final delivery, then liaise between customers and the internal Operations Team. This role requires bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and associates. Open to fresh graduates with an STPM, diploma, or bachelor's degree in any field. Zendesk or live chat experience is advantageous.
