Job Summary
Execute day-to-day order management activities flawlessly and timely, assisting the Sales team with quotation preparation and delivery. Track tenders from multiple government and private portals while monitoring order processes for compliance with business procedures and workflows. Coordinate the submission of responsive quotation and tender documents, acting as a liaison between order management, sales, and customers to resolve complex complaints and address queries promptly. Collaborate with appointed Bumi Agents to ensure on-time service delivery and support specific projects or process improvements. Account for biannual stock counts and measure customer satisfaction regarding ordering and delivery arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree Holder preferably in Business Management, Economics, International Studies, logistics, operational management
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in order processing or similar job function
- Knowledge of the RFx (Request for Proposals/Quotations/Information) generation process
- Knowledge of public procurement contracting and tendering principles
- Strong application and knowledge of MS Excel, Words and PowerPoint
