Job Summary
Reception and guest-services-focused role at Jet Aviation Basel. Responsibilities include assisting customers, suppliers, crews, subtenants and employees; acting as first point of contact at the reception and lounge; handling hotel, transportation, immigration and other arrangements; processing requests via email and phone in German and English; preparing badges and coordinating VIP visits and internal events; creating manuals for the new reception in collaboration with Management; and delivering high-level hospitality to a global client base. Requires hospitality background, strong interpersonal skills, fluency in German and English, a valid B-license, and willingness to work flexible shifts in a hybrid on-site/from-home environment.
Required Qualifications
- General education degree
- hospitality experience
- aviation experience a plus
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- valid driver's license Category B
- flexibility to work shifts
- ability to interact with high-end clientele
