Job Summary
The Customer Service Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing technology-based products in an end-user computing environment. This includes support for PC's, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers, along with desk-side support activities and IMAC tasks. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to follow established service procedures, and the ability to lift computer equipment. Preferred qualifications include relevant software and hardware knowledge, ITIL methodologies understanding, and A+ certification.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent of 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
