Job Summary

The Customer Service Engineer performs troubleshooting and repair of technology-based products in an end-user computing environment. Responsibilities include desk-side support, response to change management requests, and performing Install/Move/Add or Change activities. Candidates must have strong communication skills and the ability to lift and move computer equipment. Experience with relevant software and hardware systems and ITIL methodologies is required, along with maintaining OEM Certifications.

Required Qualifications

  • Technical school certification or equivalent of 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
  • Knowledge of relevant software and hardware systems
  • Understanding of ITIL methodologies

Desired Qualifications

  • A+ certification is desired
  • May require additional customer-specific certifications or training as required
