Job Summary
Performs basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities in an end-user environment, including support for PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers. Responsibilities include providing support to identified VIPs, responding to change management requests, performing Install/Move/Add or Change (IMAC) activities, and ensuring outstanding technical and professional service skills. Must meet established customer service satisfaction levels and operational metrics, proactively communicate repair status to end-users, and understand documented service operations policies.
