Key responsibilities include providing desk-side support, responding to change management requests, performing IMAC activities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Candidates must excel in communication and customer-facing skills, follow documented service operations, and be able to lift equipment up to 50 lbs. A technical school certification or equivalent experience is required, along with knowledge of ITIL methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Technical school certification or equivalent of 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of relevant software and hardware systems
  • Understanding of ITIL methodologies

Desired Qualifications

  • A+ certification is desired
  • Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
  • May require additional customer-specific certifications or training as required
