Job Summary
The Customer Service Engineer performs basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities in an end-user computing environment, supporting PC’s, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers. Responsibilities include providing support to client identified VIPs, responding to change management requests, performing desk-side support, and adhering to service operations policies. Candidates should possess strong communication and customer-facing skills, the ability to follow instructions with minimal guidance, and the capability to lift up to 50 lbs. Technical school certification or equivalent experience is required along with maintained OEM Certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent of 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
Desired Qualifications
- A+ certification is desired
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware systems
- Understanding of ITIL methodologies
- May require additional customer-specific certifications or training as required
