Job Summary
The Customer Service Engineer performs basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities related to technology-based products in end-user computing environments. Responsibilities include supporting client identified VIPs, responding to change management requests, and performing desk-side support activities. The role requires excellence in communication, customer-facing skills, and the ability to lift and move computer equipment. Candidates should possess technical certification or equivalent experience and are desired to have A+ certification.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent of 2-4 years of relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- A+ certification is desired
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware systems
