Customer Service Engineer

Job Summary
Installation, maintenance and repair of analytical systems on site; join the Customer Success team and train customers as needed; diagnose problems, perform system repairs, manage tools and stock, and travel to customer sites (domestic and international as required); requirement to collaborate with customers to ensure satisfaction and deliver exceptional on-site support and training; qualifications include a BSc in Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, Mechatronics or related field; strong problem-solving, communication, and MS Office skills; SAP/Salesforce/ServiceMax knowledge is advantageous; willing to travel within the country and occasionally internationally; valid driving license.

- Fluent in English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce/ServiceMax advantageous
