Customer Service Engineer HTS

Job Summary
Maintain, install, update, and service GE and Philips diagnostic imaging, therapy, computer, and clinical network systems at customer sites in Southwest Florida. Interact with physicians, nurses, and technicians to solve service issues, perform planned maintenance and equipment modifications, and complete required documentation. Handle equipment installation including uncrating, inventory, assembly, cabling, and calibrations, while picking up parts and documenting usage per policy. Take after-hour calls on a rotating basis and work overtime as needed. Ensure accurate entry of service orders into the software system and adhere to all regulatory, safety, and work procedures. Actively participate in training courses to expand expertise in repairing and servicing various medical equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Electrical Engineering degree
- Biomedical Engineering degree
- Field Service Engineer experience servicing medical imaging systems (MRI, AX/X-ray, Ultrasound, etc.)
- multivendor experience
- 4 years' experience working on Philips Cardiac/Angio
- knowledge of troubleshooting with hardware components and software
- excellent customer service skills
- good oral communication
- Basic math functions and reasoning ability
- Safe driving
- Physical Flexibility and static strength
