Job Summary
Remote field service engineer for UIH diagnostic imaging systems (MR/CT/PET-CT/X-ray/ANGIO) providing on-site installation, troubleshooting, and customer support across the US region; collaborate with care centers, support launches of new imaging systems in the US, and travel extensively (up to 75%) for customer support and training. Requires strong customer communication skills, IT/network proficiency (Windows and Office), ability to work in a team, and a valid driver’s license. Must live in or near the Bay Area posting location. Relocation not available for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in technical field and/or equivalent experience preferred
