Job Summary
Provide top-level on-site service support for diagnostic imaging equipment in the US, including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and updates for CT, MR, and PET machines. Collaborate with the Customer Care Center to escalate challenges and ensure expeditious resolution while playing a key role in new product launches. Attend service training courses overseas and in the US as needed. This remote field service engineer role requires US citizenship or Green Card status and 3+ years of multi-vendor experience.
Required Qualifications
- Familiar with the principles and hardware/software configurations of diagnostic imaging equipment
- Possess relevant IT skills with competence on Windows, Microsoft Office suite, and network communication and connectivity
- Min. 3+ years as service engineer
- Multi-vendor experience on CT, MR. & PET machines
- Possesses formal training
- US Citizen / Green Card holder
- Must live in or near the posting location
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working on CT, MR and PET machines
- Ideally, have previous field service experience where you have managed a geographic territory and demonstrated strong troubleshooting ability with hardware, mechanical, and software systems
