Job Summary
First point of contact for customers in the Driver Support team, handling queries via phone and email with future live chat/WhatsApp. Responsibilities include resolving queries on the first contact, building trustful relationships, reviewing and correcting customer data in the CRM, completing administrative tasks (e.g., logging and posting fuel cards), identifying process improvements, and supporting the driver journey with proactive communication and empathy. Training will be provided to confidently handle inquiries and generate accurate reporting while aiming for world-class service in every interaction.
