Job Summary
Customer Service Associate responsibilities include assisting customers with questions and recommendations, processing sales transactions at a cash register, stocking and stock-replenishment, unloading trucks, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and providing friendly, professional service within an equal-opportunity environment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
- Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
