Job Summary
Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely while merchandising, stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness including bathrooms and floors. Assist with front-end duties at the cash register to manage sales transactions, ensuring security of cash and company assets. Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment through professional interactions with customers and associates. Requires high school diploma, previous retail customer service experience, ability to lift 30-50 lbs, proficiency in basic math, and strong organizational skills. Part-time role at Dollar Tree Super Center in Lewistown, Pennsylvania.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity
- Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting
