Job Summary
Customer Service Associate responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions at the cash register, stocking and merchandising, unloading deliveries, stock replenishment, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and delivering a positive customer experience. Requires ability to lift 30–50 lbs, strong communication and organizational skills, and a professional, friendly demeanor; part-time schedule and adherence to store policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
