Customer Service Dispatcher

Receive incoming calls and emails from internal and external customers, then generate work orders communicating specifications per customer requirements. Dispatch these service calls to appropriate technicians or branches in a timely fashion and communicate roofing estimates to obtain approval. Provide ongoing support to service technicians across all branches and complete special projects assigned by management. Assist other departments during downtime through cross-training while maintaining focus on self-motivation and independent work. This role requires afternoon shift coverage from 11AM to 8PM with rotating weekends and an after-hours on-call rotation.
