Job Summary
Customer Service & Dispatch Representative at Eco Garage Door Services focuses on being the key link between customers, technicians, and leadership. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls to schedule service, repairs, and installations; making outbound confirmations and scheduling updates; managing technician schedules and dispatch activities; communicating professionally with customers, technicians, and management; identifying opportunities to recommend products and services; entering and maintaining accurate customer information, service notes, payments, and estimates; assisting with basic troubleshooting and service questions; resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when needed; and supporting daily operations while maintaining exceptional customer service in a fast-moving environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year or more of customer service, dispatching, scheduling, call center, or administrative experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Buda, Texas
