Job Summary
Oversee and optimize customer service and dispatch operations across domestic, overseas, and AI-assisted resources to ensure exceptional customer experiences from first notice of loss through project completion. Lead a team to manage scheduling, quality assurance, training, and performance metrics, coordinate with operations, construction, and sales, and drive improvements to dispatch systems and AI-enabled workflows. Responsible for storm-event readiness and staffing coordination, and for reporting on customer satisfaction, scheduling efficiency, and quality results.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in dispatch, customer service, call center operations, restoration services, or related industries
- Experience managing remote, overseas, or outsourced teams
- Experience utilizing AI-enabled customer service, scheduling, or dispatch technologies
- Experience in restoration, construction, or service-based industries strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Communications, or related field preferred
