Job Summary
Provide mortgage-support and customer service through a call-center environment. Responsibilities include answering and routing inbound calls, diagnosing issues, answering product/service questions, documenting interactions in CRM, following scripts while tailoring responses, performing follow-ups, escalating issues when needed, handling outbound calls as appropriate, maintaining professionalism, and meeting KPIs such as average handling time and first call resolution. Role requires multitasking and being able to work in-office in Salt Lake City, UT. Must have a High School Diploma or GED; may require technical certification or an Associate Degree.
