Job Summary
Deliver vehicles directly to customers using car haulers; load/unload vehicles onto haulers; complete customer paperwork and enter notes in the tracking system; maintain safe driving practices and comply with Carvana’s driver qualifications; perform physically demanding tasks in varied weather; obtain Notary within 90 days and meet state license requirements; must be capable of meeting English language requirements and driving/routing constraints; role requires 21+ with a valid license and ability to drive/haul vehicles, with benefits including healthcare, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Notary within the first 90 days of employment (sponsored by Carvana)
- Ability to obtain state-specific licenses (Notary, DMV/Title access, chauffeur license or other state specialty license where applicable) within specified timelines
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, loading/unloading vehicles)
- Must pass a drug test and provide DOT Medical Card
- Must be at least 21 years old
- No visa sponsorship available for this role
