Job Summary
Join Carvana as a Customer Service Delivery Driver and become a vital part of a team that delivers vehicles directly to customers’ doors. This role involves loading, unloading vehicles, and ensuring safe driving, without the need for a commercial license. Candidates must have physical stamina as the job requires handling heavy items and performing physical tasks in various weather conditions. Open availability is required to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours)
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must obtain a Notary in local jurisdiction within first 90 days of employment
- Satisfy state-specific requirements for access to DMV/title and registration systems
- Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur's license within first two weeks
- California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within first 90 days

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles
- Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
Additional Requirements
- All applicants must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card
