Customer Service Delivery Driver

Deliver vehicles directly to customers using car haulers and assist with loading/unloading vehicles; maintain a safe, clean driving record and complete thorough customer paperwork in our tracking system. Role requires physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs) and ability to work a demanding shift from 11am–9pm, 7 days a week with rotating days off. Candidates must have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, be able to obtain a Notary within 90 days (sponsored by Carvana), and satisfy state-specific licensing requirements (e.g., Chauffeur or Vehicle Verifier licenses where applicable). Must be 21+, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. The position emphasizes on-site, in-person delivery work in Sanford, FL, with opportunities for overtime and performance-based pay increases along a structured pay progression.
