Job Summary
Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using our car haulers and assist with loading/unloading vehicles. Maintain a safe driving record and follow Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy. Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system. Obtain and maintain various licenses as required (notary within 90 days, phase-in driver/vehicle-related licenses per state, including chauffeur or vehicle verifier where applicable). Requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, physical ability to perform tasks, and English proficiency. Opportunities for growth and benefits are included.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (loading/unloading, 50lbs, outdoor/indoor conditions)
- Valid driver's license
- English literacy (read/write/speak)
- Notary in local jurisdiction within 90 days (sponsored by employer) or ability to obtain
- State-specific license requirements (various states listed)
- Not eligible for visa sponsorship
- Notary and DMV/title/registration system access requirements
