Job Summary
Join Carvana as a Customer Service Delivery Advocate where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the car-buying experience. Responsibilities include delivering vehicles directly to customers, loading and unloading vehicles, completing paperwork accurately, and maintaining a clean driving record. This physically demanding role requires excellent visual acuity, manual dexterity, and the ability to perform tasks for extended periods. Candidates must be energetic, self-motivated, and able to work 7 days a week with rotating days off.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Desired Qualifications
- Notary certification in local jurisdiction within first 90 days (process sponsored by Carvana)
- Chauffeur's license or state specialty license within two weeks for Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri applicants
- Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days for California applicants
Additional Requirements
- All applicants must pass a drug test
- Must obtain a DOT Medical Card
