Job Summary
Customer Service Data Analyst responsible for resolving billing disputes, auditing accounts to identify discrepancies, and researching and documenting payment information to support bill adjustments. The role involves handling account discrepancies, ensuring compliant handling of medical records where applicable, maintaining professional client communications, and supporting dispute resolution with timely follow-up. Requires strong attention to detail, reliable time management and attendance, ability to work with confidential financial data, and experience in accounting or collections. Must operate in a temperature-controlled office or a work-from-home environment and adhere to company policies and federal/state guidelines. 1-2 years related experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s in Business Administration or Accounting preferred.
