Job Summary
Download and create reports from manufacturer surveys, then review feedback with the Manager to address and resolve guest concerns. Follow up with guests on incomplete surveys to build response rates and partner with the Service Manager to improve service experiences. This role supports the service department at Napleton's Valley Hyundai, part of a group affiliated with over 25 brands and 3,500 employees nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of Automotive Dealership experience
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
Desired Qualifications
- CDK experience preferred
