Job Summary
Customer Service Coordinator at TJX; responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience, supervising a team of front-of-store Associates, training and mentoring on front-end principles, assigning registers and coordinating POS coverage, promoting loyalty programs, and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
