Job Summary
Prepare accurate customer quotations, manage client data, and act as a secondary contact for inquiries while resolving issues quickly. Liaise with Sales, Production, and Logistics teams to coordinate dispatch notifications, record proof of delivery, and maintain clean CRM and order processing platforms. Deliver regular sales reports to track performance and support planning. This role supports the Sales team with ad-hoc tasks and maintains pricing tools. Required Qualifications
